Warrant

Warrand to Clerks to wryt to Councillors to attend the Councill

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill in respect That there are severall of their number called To Court That there will be scarce a quorum of Councill Left at Edinburgh to attend the dyets of the metings of Councill there Doe therefore Give ordor and warrand to their Clerks to wryte to the Lord Murray Master Francis Montgomerie Sir Thomas Burnet of Leyes and Sir John Maxuell of Pollock That they instantly repaire to Edinburgh and attend the dyets of Councill Leist the publick affairs of this Kingdome and other business before the Councill may be retarded and impeeded by their absence
