The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Doe Hereby give ordor and warrand To the magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their Tolbooth To sett at libertie furth therof Duncan Kennedy servitor to Major James Wood seized for being in the late Rable in respect there can be noe probatione found against him
