Recomendatione to the thesaurie in favors of Westheills

The Lords of his majesties privie Counsell Doe heirby recommend to the Lords comissioners of his majesties Thesaurie to cause make payment to Sir William Denholme of Westheills maister of his majesties mint of the soume of Thrie hundereth and fourtie punds Sterleing alreadie Laid out by him conform to the act of parliament Jaj vic and eightie six upon the Coynadge of two hundereth and four Stones of Silver coyned in his majesties mynt house Since the terme of Lambes Last and that out of the first and readiest of any of the bullion aither resting impayed in or of what shall fall dwe And be receaved by the colector of the said bullione who is both ordained to wse all exact dilligence against all persons lyable in payment therof for Speedie inbringing the same.
