Act The Magistrats of Edinburgh anent Whoors

The lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Authorize and allow the magistrats of Edinburgh To Transport the threttie two persones afternamed Viz Alisone Beatton Margrat Patersone Beattie Sandersone Margret Andersone Margret Forbes, Agnes Gibsone, Agnes Gibsone Beattie Liddell Jean Carmicheall, Jean Martine Elizabeth Wauchope Elizabeth Thomsone, Anna Browne Jannet Gray, Jannet Currie, Jannet Watsone, Agnes Marishall, Elizabeth Cruickshank, Penelope Lockhart, Margret Adair, Jannet Houstoune, Elizabeth Walker, Mary Banks, Christian Bowman, Anna Burnet, Beattie Hamilton, Catharin Pollock, Isobell Cook Jean Dick Jannet Burnet Jannet Hutchesone Isobell Zeaman and Christian Mastertouns To his majesties plantationes in America, In Respect they have all Judicially Consented before the magistrates forsaids to their said transportatione and approves of the saids magistrates ther haveing allready transported any of the saids persones to the saids plantations and appoints the rest to be transported with the first occasione that offers.
