Sist upon bills of Suspensiones

The Councill Sists execution upon the bills of Suspension at the instance of the persones following Viz the toune of Newburgh against Lundy of Drums, The Countess of Callender against the Earle of Callander, Paterson and others against Mr Jack, The magistrats of Air against his majesties Solicitor and Even against Garden and others untill answers be given in to the saids bills and the answers which are given in or shall be given in therto be Advised and interloquitors pronunced therin.
