A petitione Given in be Charles Jack merchant in Edinburgh Against the importers and retaillers of Brandie Strong waters and forraigne liqwors being red And the Counsell haveing considered the said petitione They heirby ordaine the petitioner to condescend upon And give in a list of the persones by name and designatione Against whom he would have Generall Letters.
