Act Adhereing to the Additionall Commissioners For Fyfe

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill having Considered a petition given in to them be Sir James Mcgill of Rankeillor George Moncreiff of Reddie Robert Hay of Strowie and others with the answers made therto be the Adittionall Commissioners and both parties being Called Compeired Sir Patrick Home as advocat for the Additionall Commissioners 2 But neither Sir James Mcgill of Rankeillor nor any others who petition with him haveing appeared, The saids Lords of his majesties privy Councill, Having Considered both petitiones They refuse the desire of the petition given in for Rankeillor and others with him, And Adhers to the Commission formerly granted Nominating additionall Commissioners and Declairs the same to stand and Continue in full force and effect.
