Liberatione Mary Rotch and Murdock McKenzie
The Lords of his majesties Privy Councill doe Hereby recomend to the Earle of Leven Governour of the Castle of Edinburgh and gives ordor and warrand to the Inferior officers there To sett at Liberty furth thereof Mary Rotch Servitrix to the Countess of Seaforth In respect the said persones hes before their Liberatione given bond and found sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privy Councill That they shall appear before the said Lords of his majesties privy Councill whensoever they shall be called for and answere to what shall be layed to their Charge And in the meantyme That they shall live peaceably under and with all submissione to his majestie King William and that they shall not act consult or contryve anything in prejudice thereof nor shall not converse or correspond with any Rebells under the penalty of fifty pound Sterline apeice for each of them in case they shall transgress any part of the premisses.
