The Lords of his majesties privie Counsell haveing considered a petition given in to them be James Porterfeild Schoolmaister in the citie of Edinburgh They heirby discharge all printers booksellers and others within this kingdome to reprint vend or to import the book intituled Edinburgh English Schoolmaister reprinted from any other kingdome for the space of nyntyne yeirs without the ptitioner his airs executers or assigneyes ther speciall licence under the paine of confiscatione of such books as may be so reprinted or imported
