The Lords of his majesties privie Counsell being informed that the present Lady Drum is with child And that Alexander Irvine of Murthill appear and ane of taillzea of the estate of Drum is desyreows to know the tenets of the Ladies being with child Therfor the saids Lords of his majesties privie Counsell of consent both of The Ladyes and of Murthills Lawiers, doe heirby grant full power and comissione to Doctor Patrick Wrqwhart professor of medicine in the Kings coledge of Aberdeen and Elizabeth Moir his Lady Doctor Patrick Chalmers at Aberdeen and […] Forbes his Lady and Christean Skeen spouse to Andrew Jaffrey of Kingswells or any two of them The said Doctor Patrick Wrqwhart being allwayes one of the2 Two to take inspectione and tryall in the mater of the said Lady Drum her being with child As they shall in Judgement and discretione think Sufficient for discovering of the trwth therin And that at the house of Drum upon any day or tyme betwixt the eight day of December next to come and the eightein day of the samen moneth And appoints tymeous intimatione to be made off befor to the said Doctor Patrick Chalmers And appoints the saids commissioners or ther qworum foirsaid to report wnder ther hands what they find in this mater to the saids Lords of privie Counsell betwixt and the first day of Janwary next to come in the yeir of God Jaj vic nyntie Six years Extracted
