Liberatione Master David Fairfoule

The Lords of his Majesties Privy Councill Doe hereby give ordor and warrand to the magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of their Tolbooth To sett at liberty furth therof Master David Fairfoull Preist presently prisoner therein In respect the said Master David hes given bond and found sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privy Councill That he shall depart furth of his majesties Dominions and not returne thereto And that he shall transport himself with the fleet which shall saill from Leith with the […] Convoy presentlie lyeing in that road betwixt and the sexteenth day of Aprylle instant or otherwayes That He shall reenter the said tolbooth of Edinburgh upon the said day there to remaine till the said fleet and Convoy shall saille and that he shall transport himself with the same under the penaltie of fyve thousand merks scots in case he shall transgress in any part of the premisses
