Recomendatione Stueart of Balaquane

Anent the petitione given in to the Lords of his majesties privy Councill by Patrick Stueart of Ballachane Shewing that wheras the petitioner haveing been these one and tuenty moneths in prisone to the utter loss of himself and numerous familey not being able to subsist under the vast charge thereof And therfore humblie Craveing the said Lords To commiserat his Conditione and to grant him such ane aliment as the said Lords shall think fitt and as they have been graciously pleased to doe to others in his conditione as the said petitione at lenth bears The Lords of his majesties privy Councill haveing Considered the said petitione given in to them by the said Patrick Stueart of Ballachane They hereby recomend to the Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Thesaurie To allow such a Competent aliment to the Petitioner as they shall find just
