Recomendatione anent accompts In favors of the Tennents of Enstruther and Killreny

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill haveing Considered the report of a Committie of their oun number appointed for reviseing the accompts resting by his majesties forces to the Countrey Bearing That the Committie haveing Considered the severall accompts given in to them as resting by the Gentlemen of the Lord Rollo his troop of horss Which was upon scots pay to the inhabitants brewers and tennents of the respective burghs Lands and aikers afterspecified, With the instructiones and verificationes of these accompts They Find the haill articles of these accompts suficiently verified and proven be the oathes and Depositions of the Inhabitants brewers and tennants taken before two Commissioners of Supply within the shyre of Fyfe and a great many of the saids articles both be the forsaids Depositiones and recepts under the hand of the Gentlemen of the said Troop Conforme to the saids recepts and the reports of the saids Commissioners subscribed be them both produced to and Considered be the said Committie, And the Committie Finds that Conforme to the saids accompts and instructiones therof forsaids Ther is resting be the Gentlmen of the said troop to the saids inhabitants brewers and tennents the soumes following Viz to the Inhabitants brewers of the burgh of Killrainy The soume of Fourtie punds scots money Item to the inhabitants brewers of the burgh of Enstruther Easter the Soume of ane hundreth and ten punds four shilling six pennies scots Item to the tennents of the aikers of Enstruther Wester the soume of seven punds Eight shilling six penies scots Item to the inhabitants of Enstruther Wester the soume of Thriescore nyne punds one shilling scots Item as the tennents of Innergellie and Barnsmuir the soume of Twentie five punds twelue shilling scots Extending altogither the saids haill soumes to the soume of Two hundreth fiftie two punds six shilling scots, And the Committie Finds that the saids accompts and haill articles therof are all furnished in the moneths of October november and December Jaj vjc and nyntie years, and that they are all in the termes of the nynth act fourth session of this Current parliament anent polemoney and of the proclamationes of Councill relative therto And Therfore It is ther oppinion That the said soume of Two hundreth fiftie two punds six shilling scots is to be payed2 to3 the saids inhabitants brewers and tennents out of the present polemoney And that they are to be recomended to the Lords Commissioners of his majesties thesaury for payment of the same accordingly as the said report bears The saids Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby approve therof and Recomends to the Commissioners of parliament appointed anent the polemoney To Cause pay to the saids inhabitants and tennents and others above Designed the soume of Two hundreth Fiftie two punds six shilling scots money in the said report resting be his majesties forces upon scots pay to them and that out of the said polemoney.
