Anent the Earl of Buchan

The Clerks of privy Councill acquainted the Lord Chancellor and the Councill That the Earle of Buchan was some whyle agoe ordered to find Cautione that he should returne prisoner to the Castle of Stirling so soon as he shall recover of the present sickness quherof he is laboureing at Edinburgh, which he hes not yet done
