Warrant
Warrand Mr Fordyce to goe to Glams
The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe Hereby allow Robert Fordyce formerly Prisoner now under bale To repaire to the House of Glams or Castle Lyon To converse with the Earle of Aboyne who is confyned there about his affairs and business and that notwithstanding of the said Robert Fordyce his being oblidged to depart out of this Kingdome betwixt and the fyfteen day of Februarie instant and being confyned to this syde of the water of Forth untill He depart the Kingdome The said Robert Fordyce first giveing bond and finding sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privy Councill That He shall depart furth of this Kingdome and transport himself to the Netherlands betwixt and the first day of Apryll next to come under the penaltie of two Hundred pound sterling in case He shall transgress in any part of the premisses and that he shall goe noe further then the said Castle Lyone or the house of Glams under the same penalty
