Att Edinburgh the Twentie Seventh day of December Jaj vjc nyntie four years

Act Jannet 2Howisone3 and Alexander Fowller anent accompts.

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Haveing Considered the report of a Committie of ther oun number appoynted for reviseing the accompts resting be their majesties forces to the Countrey Bearing that the Comittie of privy Councill haveing Considered the accompts given in to them as resting4 be the Garison of the Bass to Jannet Howiesone relict of the deceast George Richardsone in Castletoune and Richard Richardsone ther her sone for aile, and to Alexander Fowller baxter in North Berwick for bread They Find the articles of the saids accompts suficiently verified and proven by the reports of the Commissioners of supply within the shyre of Haddingtoune Bearing That the fornamed persones Compeired before them and upon ther great oathes Deponed that the articles in the saids accompts were truely furnished be them to the forsaid Garisone at the pryces sett doune in the accompts and that the same are yet truely resting and no part therof payed and Finds that the saids accompts were furnished in the year Jaj vjc nyntie and in the moneth of January Jaj vjc nyntie one years And Finds that ther is resting to the said Jannet Howisone and the said Richard Richardsone her Sone the soume of Eight Hundreth fiftie nyne punds scots for aile, And to the said Alexander Fowller baxter the soume of ane hundreth Threttie four punds one Shilling Scots money forsaid for bread And it is the Comitties oppinion That the saids Soumes are to be payed to the fornamed persones out of the polemoney appointed be the nynth act fourth session of this Curent parliament dated the twentie nynth day of May Jaj vjc nyntie thrie years, And that they are to be recomended to the Lords Commissioners of their majesties thesaurie for payment of the same accordingly The saids Report and Recomends to the Lords Commissioner of his Majesties thesaury To Cause payment be made to the said Jannet Howisone and Richard Richardsone her sone of the said soume of Eight Hundred fiftie punds scots And to the above Alexander Fowller of the above soume of ane Hundreth Threttie four pund one shilling money out of the present polemoney.
