Recomendation To Sir Thomas Livingstoun to ship the recruits

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councill Doe heirby Recommend to Sir Thomas Livingstoune Commander in cheiff of his Majesties forces uithin this kingdome to ship aboard the transport ships such of the new Levyes as he shall think fitt to send abroad for Recruites as is requyred by his Majesties Letter and that from tyme to tyme as the saids Levy’s shall come up
