Warrant

Warrand to the Lord Advocat to persue Sir Æneas Mcpherson befor the Justice Court, And recomendatione to the Thesurie for Alliment to him.

The Lords of their Majesties Privy Council gives order and warrand to Sir James Stewart their Majesties Advocat, to raise and follow furth a process of high Treason befor the Lords Commissioners of Justiciary against Sir Æneas Mcphersone presently prisoner in the Tolbooth of Edinburgh and in the meantyme recomends to the Lords Commissioners of their Majesties Theausrie to Consider the condition of the said Sir Aneas and to allow him a Competent aliment if they shal find that he stands in need therof.
