Act appointing a new day for the Commissioners for the peace of the highlands to meet

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Being Informed that the day appointed for the first dyet of meeting of the Commissioners nominat by their Majesties for security of the peace of the highlands Is elapsed And that the Commissioners have not mett togither before elapsing therof They heirby assigne and appoint the first dyet of meeting of the saids Commissioners to be upon the tuenty second day of May nixt to Come and that at the toune of Invernes and not at Inverlochie as was formerly appointed And appointes Intimation heirof to be made by the sollicitor att the mercat Crosses and paroch kirks uithin the bounds of the said Commission tymeously before the said tuenty second day of May nixt to Come And if need beis that thir presents be printed for the effect forsaid
