Anent the Earl of Aboyns Governor and servants

The Council having considered a verball report made to them be the Committie appointed for Examining the Earle of Aboyns Governor and tuo servants They herby approve of the Committies giving order for securing the person of […] Du Gae, vale de chamber to the said Earle and of the Lord Justice Clerk his giving order for seising Mr Smith alias Sordyce, and sealling his papers. And recomends to the Committie formerly named, viz. The Earle of Annandale, the Lord Advocat and Lord Justice Clerk to call for and examine the saids tuo persones at four in the Afternoon And to report to the Council the Morrow.
