Warrand for Committing Leivt Broune
Leivtenant George Broune who had been Imprisoned for his Illegall seising and selling or otherwayes disposing of severall of their Majesties free Leidges as souldiers And was at Libertie upon bale To Have Compeared before the Councell upon this day Having appeared Conforme to his bale The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell orders him to be Carryed prisoner to the tolbooth of Edinburgh ther to remaine till furder order And Declares Robert Broune of Blackburn father to the said Leivtenant who is Cautioner for him to be free of his Cautionry And ordaines the Clerks of Councill to delyver to the said Leivtenant or his Cautioner the bond of Cautionry subscribed by them Containing ane Hundred pounds sterling of penaltie dated the third day of Apryle instant
