The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby approve of Sir James Steuart, their Majesties Advocat, his giving order for Imprisoning of Alexander Tait skipper alias Black Alexander For transporting Alexander Tait skipper alias Whyte Alexander from Scotland to France since the Late Act of parliament And appoints him to Remaine prisoner in the tolbooth of […] wher he presently is till farder order of Councell And ordaines the bond given by the said Alexander alias whyte Alexander to be registrat And the Sollicitor to raise Letters theron at his instance and Cause execute the same both against principall and Cautioner
