petition Anthony Buchan nottar Craving he might yet have the benefite to take the oath of alleadgance and assurance In respect He could not take the same uithin the tyme prefixed by the act of parliament Being this day read in presence of the Lords of their Majesties privie Councell And they having Considered the samen uith the testificat mentioned therin and produced theruith They heirby allow the petitioner yet to suear the oath of alleadgance and signe the assurance to their Majesties King William and Queen Mary and that in presence of any one of their Majesties privie Councell And upon his so suearing and signing The saids Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Declares him free to serve their Majesties Leidges as any other nottar publict uithin this Kingdome and to exerce his office of nottarie alse freely and fully as if he had taken the said oath and assurance uithin the tyme prefixed by the act of parliament
