Anent the petitione given in to the Lords of their Majesties privie Councell By John Lord Belendin and William Livingstoune of Kilsyth Sheuing That wher In obedience to their Lordships order appointing the petitioners to depairt out of their Majesties Dominions betuixt and the tenth day of June Current They aggreed and bargained uith the Captaine and Commander of a dutch Convoy Lying in the road of Leith For their passage from this to Holland which they Expected should have sailed before this tyme But seing that ship may be delayed heir beyond the said tenth day and therby they Lykeuise detained And therfore Humbly Craving to the effect2 underwryten as the said petitione bears The saids Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Having Considered the above petitione They heirby prorogat the dyet of the petitioners departure from thir Kingdoms untill the ship or Convoy Lying in the road of Leith called the […] shall sett saile In respect the petitioners hath Given bond and found sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councell That they shall depart furth of their majesties dominions uith the said ship called the […] And that they shall saile uith her so soon as she shall Loose from the road of Leith And that they shall not returne uithout their majesties speciall warrand or Commission for that effect And In the mean tyme that they shall Live peacably under and uith all submission to the present government of their Majesties King William and Queen Mary And that they shall not Act Consult nor Contryve any thing in prejudice therof nor Converss or Correspond uith any rebells And that they shall appear before the saids Lords of their majesties privy Councell if called for under the penaltie of one Thousand pounds sterling for each of the petitioners a peice In caise they shall transgress in any pairt of the premisses
