Order
Anent the Earle of Aboyn, his Governor and Tuo Servants
The Council haveing called the Earle of Aboyne and his Governor and Tuo servants (who were taken coming from France and put under bale at Londone) befor them, And they haveing all appeared, The Council sent the Governor and Tuo servants to the Tolbooth of Edinburgh, and allowed the Earle to be at Libertie upon his oun Personall bond without Cautione, That he shall appear upon Thursday nixt, and in the meantyme live Peaceablie And recomended to the Earle of Anandale and Lord Justice Clerk to call for and Examine the Governor and servants, And Declares the bond granted at London to be null and Extinct by the Earle and his Governor and Servants their appearance befor the Council But ordained the same to remaine in the hands of the Clerks of Privy Council and discharges them to give it up.
