Act Earle of Annandale to be president of Councill

The Lord high Chancellor Haveing acquainted the Councille That he was to take journey on saturday next for Londone in obedience to the Kings Majesties Commands The Lords of their majesties privy Councill have elected and Hereby Elect the Earle of Annandale to be their Constant president dureing the absence of the said Lord Chancellor or untill their majesties pleasure be signified to them in this matter
