List of the Commissioners of Supply in Haddingtoune absent from their meeting

The list of the absent Commissioners from the meeting of the Commissioners of Supply and excyse in Haddingtoune shyre upon the nynth of January instant when they uere mett be proclamatione of Councell subscribed be the Clark to the Commissioners in the said shire being read The Councell excused the absence of all the Commissioners contained in the said list except the Laird of Whitburgh As to whom They ordained the Clarks of Councell to Give out horning against him in the termes of the said proclamatione of Councell In caise the Clark to the Commissioners of supply and excyse in the said shyre of Haddingtoune shall requyre the same
