The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby Recommend to the Lord High Chancelor to wryte to the Earle of Home That they allow him to be present att and attend upon the Buriall of his Lady mother and see her Interred in her buriall place at […] and that notuithstanding of the said Earle his being Confyned to his house of Hirsle and tuo mylls about the same The Earle aluayes returning to and abyding at the place of his Confynment after the buriall is over and not going uithout the bounds therof This is not signed by the Chancelor being a recommendation to himself
