Att Edinburgh the fifth day of Apryle Jaj vic nyntie four years

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Having Considered a petitione given in to them by Robert Fyfe, prisoner In the tolbooth of Edinburgh They heirby Give order and warrand to the magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their tolbooth to sett him at Libertie furth therof And Confynes him to the toune of Edinburgh and tuo mylls about the same In respect he hath given bond and found Gilbert Fife Late Cautioner therin acted in the books of privie Councill That he shall keep his said Confynment and not goe uithout the bounds of the samen And that he shall Live peacably under and uith all submission to the present government of their Majesties King William and Queen Mary And that he shall not Act Consult nor Contryve any thing In prejudice therof nor Converss or Correspond uith any rebells And that he shall appear before the saids Lords whensoever he shall be Called or requyred therto under the penaltie of fyve hundred pounds sterling In caise he shall transgress in any pairt of the premisses
