Act Leivt Collonell Winrhame
The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby allow Leivt Collonell George Winrhame to remaine Confyned at the toune of Edinburgh and tuo mylls about the same untill he be called or requyred to appear before the Lords of privie Councell And discharges him to goe without the bounds of his said Confynment The said Leivtenant Collonell Winrhame first before extracting heirof Giving bond and finding sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councell That he shall appear before the saids Lords of privie Councell whensoever Called or requyred therto And in the mean tyme that he shall keep his said Confynment And not goe without the bounds of the same And that he shall Live peacablie under and with all submission to the present Government of their Majesties King William and Queen Mary And that he shall not Act Consult nor Contryve any thing In prejudice therof nor Converss or Correspond uith any rebells under the penaltie of ten thousand merks scotts. In caise he shall transgress in any pairt of the premisses
