Recomendation to the Thesaury In Favoures of Craufurd of Drumsuie

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Considering That they have Lately Emitted a proclamatione against the Importing of victuall or Catle from Ireland into this Kingdome And that they have Given Commission to David Craufurd of Drumsuie with pouer to him to Imploy servants under him for hindering the said Importatione and Discovering therof In manner and uith the pouers mentioned in the said Commissione They heirby Recommend to the Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Thesaury to modifie and appoint to the said David Craufurd of Drumsuie such a sallary as their Lordships shall find Just or Convenient for himself and these to be Imployed by him in this matter
