Act Mr Hew Dalrymple for delivering some wrytes of the Countes of Errolls.
The Lords of their Majesties privy Councill Considering that by their act of the date the Eight day of February last They upon a petition presented to them for the Earle of Seaforth Did Authorize Sir Robert Hamilton in England to deliver up the papers left in his hands be the deceast Countes of Erroll to the secretary of state to be sealled up and sent to the Clerks of privy Councill, Which wrytes are delivered up be Sir Robert and sent by the secretary in a box or sealled Cover to Mr Hew Dalrymple advocat The saids Lords Doe heirby authorize and Requyre the said Mr Hew Dalrymple to exhibit and deliver the above wrytes or papers to the Clerks of privy Councill at sight of Sir James Steward their Majesties advocat to whom they Recomend to see the opening of the box or Cover quherin the wrytes are and breaking up the sealls therof, And appoints the Clerks of Councill to Inventar the wrytes and give inspection of the wrytes in their oun hands or Copies of the Inventar to all persones pretending intrest who shall desyre or requyre the same And Ordaines the wrytes to lye in the hands of their saids Clerks untill farder order.
