Ordor for delyvering John Corsane and James Allan to the Earle of Leven

The Lords of their Majesties privy Councell Doe heirby Give ordor and warrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of their tolbooth to sett furth therof John Corsan and James Allan presently prisoners therin And ordaines them to delyver the saids tuo prisoners to the Earle of Leven To be by his Lordship transported as souldiers in his regiment to Flanders for their Majesties service

Order for delivering John Corsan and James Allan to the earl of Leven

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby give order and warrant to the magistrates of Edinburgh and keeper of their tolbooth to set forth thereof John Corsan and James Allan, presently prisoners therein, and ordain them to deliver the said two prisoners to [David Melville] the earl of Leven to be by his lordship transported as soldiers in his regiment to Flanders for their majesties’ service.
