The Lords of their Majesties privie Councill Doe Heirby allow […] Earle of Wigtoune to wryte Missives or Letters and send bills of exchange or transmitt money to France to Mr […] Fleeming his Brother Germane The saids Missives Bills or Letters being aluayes wryten In presence of Sir James Steuart their Majesties Advocat And upon paper to be furnished by the said Lord Advocat And appoints them to be sealled at his sight To whom the saids Lords Recommends to mark the same and to send them to the Earle of Craufurd To whom the Councill Recommends the Care of transmitting them to France2
