Warrand for receaving the oaths taken by the Baillie Depute of Atholl his procurator fiscall and Clark

The Lords of their Majesties privy Councell Doe heirby allow the Clarks of privy Councell to receave and take In the oath of alleadgance and assurance taken be James Herron of Kellie baillie depute of the regality of Atholl and the procurator fiscall and his Clark of that Court upon the threttienth day of Juny Jaj vic nyntie three years albeit the same be not reported tymously to the saids Clarks of Counsell in the termes of the Act of parliament

Warrant for receiving the oaths taken by the bailie depute of Atholl, his procurator fiscal, and clerk

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby allow the clerks of privy council to receive and take in the oath of allegiance and assurance taken by James Herron of Kellie, bailie depute of the regality of Atholl, and the procurator fiscal and his clerk of that court upon 13 June 1693, albeit the same be not reported timeously to the said clerks of council in the terms of the act of parliament.
