Warrand for Captains Home and Bruce to attend ther Companies
The Lords of their majesties privy Councill Doe heirby allow and Grant Warrand and libertie to Captain John Home and Captain […] Bruce both Captaines in the Lord Strathnavers regiment to attend their respective Companies at the places wher they Lye notwithstanding they be Conveened before the Councill in a proces at the instance of the relict and sone of umquhill James Dunlope, The said two Captaines first giveing bond and finding Cautione acted in the books of privy That they shall appear before the saids Lords to answer any dyet of the process when ever they shall be requyred therto, And allowes the Clerk of Councill to receive Alexander Bruce writter as Cautioner to the said Captaine Bruce.
