Warrand to hyre a ship for transporting the rebells that were in the Bass

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby appoint George Baillie of Jarvisuood Generall Receaver of their Majesties Croune rents to make search and try out for and Conduce ane sufficient uell Conditioned ship uell furnished and provyded uith all necessaries For transporting to Havedegrace in France The persons Lately come out of the Bass att the tyme of its surrender and others who have Corresponded uith them And for that effect to Conduce and agree uith a skipper and seamen for sailing the said ship at as easie and reasonable a rate as he Can And to Condescend upon a fixed day for the ships sailing betuixt and the fifteenth day of May nixt And to make report of his dilligence in the afternoon to the Committie of Councell appointed in this affaire
