Warrand for Bwqwuhan and Panholls to speak uith James Pattoune closs prisoner

The Lords of their Majesties privy Councell Doe heirby allow Uilliam Cuninghame younger of Buqwham and William Pattoune of Panholls wryter to the signet to have free access and converss with James Patoune prisoner in the tolbooth of Edinburgh seperatly ane after another each of them for three severall dyets at any tyme this week Notwithstanding the said James Pattoune be Closs prisoner by ordor of Councell For which this shall be to all persones concerned a sufficient warrand

Warrant for Buchan and Panholes to speak with James Patton, close prisoner

The lords of their majesties’ privy council do hereby allow William Cunningham, younger of Buchan, and William Patton of Panholes, writer to the signet, to have free access and converse with James Patton, prisoner in the tolbooth of Edinburgh, separately one after another, each of them for three several diets, at any time this week, notwithstanding the said James Patton be close prisoner by order of council, for which this shall be to all persons concerned a sufficient warrant.
