Act Captain Charles Straitoune

Captaine Charles Straitoune Having given bond and found Cautione at London to appear before the Lords of his Majesties privie Councell in Scotland which bond is transmitted hither Being ready to have appeared if Called for The Lords of his Majesties privie Councell Doe Heirby Declare the said Captaine Charles Straitoune to be at Libertie to Goe about his affairs as any others of his Majesties free Leidges In respect He hath Given bond and found sufficient Caution acted in the books of privie Councell That he shall Live peacably under and uith all submission to the present Government of his Majestie King William And that he shall not Act Consult nor Contryve any thing in prejudice therof nor shall not Converss or Correspond uith any rebells And that he shall appear before the saids Lords of his Majesties privie Counsell whensoever he shall be Called for or requyred to that effect under the penaltie of fyve hundreth pounds sterling Being the soume Contained in the bond given at London And alloues the same to be Given up
