Sir John Ramsay and […] Smyth sone to Mr Patrick Smyth advocat were under bale to the Councill haveing been ceited and appearing The Councill ordained them to be carried prisoners to the Tolbooth of the Cannongate till further ordor and committed them to the Custodie of their macers to that effect
