The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill doe hereby give ordor and warrant to […] Campbell Stabler in Edinburgh in whose stables the horses belonging to […] Kinaird horse Couper presentlie are to delyver the said horses to any persones whom his grace the Duke of Queensberry shall think fitt and discharge him to delyver any of the said Horses except at the sight or by ordor of his Grace the said duke of Queensberry.
