Recommendation anent the rable in Edinburgh

The Lords of his majesties Doe heirby Recommend to Sir James Steuart his majesties advocat against the morrow at three in the afternoon to Call for and examine all persons seised upon account of the Late rable in Edinburgh And to Call for the magistrats of Edinburgh and to take tryall in that affair And to report his opinione to the whole matter to the Councill And appoints his majesties sollicitor to informe himself who were present at the said rable aither as Actors or maybe witnesses therof And to take care that these persons be readie to attend his majesties Advocat at the tyme forsaid And ordaines the magistrats Lykeuayes to attend the Lord Advocat with what Information they can give in the forsaid matter
