Killmaronocks exoneration
The Councill being Informed that about the tyme of the Late Invasion and assassination designed Ther uas a disloyall meeting of severall persons at Innersnait And that William Cochrane of Killmaronock was Informed to have been present at that meeting And therupon by order of Councill was putt under bale by Mr Frances Muntgomerie of Giffane one of their oune number The saids Lords Having Inquyred in the said matter Find noe Ground for the Information given against Killmaronock And therfore Recommends to the said Mr Frances Muntgomerie to delyver up to the said William Cochrane of Killmaronock the bond Given by him and his Cautioner which is in Mr. Frances his his2 hands And Killmaronock being Called for And having appeared at the Councill board The Lord Chancelor Did Intimat to him the Councills Interloquitor
