Warrand for ceitting some persons under bale

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill doe hereby appoynt their macers to ceitte the persons following who are under baille To the Councill and their Cautioners to appear before them against friday next at ten in the forenoon In respect the principalls are presently in Edinburgh viz the Viscount of Stormonth Mr William Livingston of Kilsyth Master Thomas Gordone Late Regent at Glasgow Captaine James Maitland Hugh Broune Chirurgeon in Edinburgh James Broune sone to the said Hugh Broune and Robert Smyth merchant in Edinburgh and Master Patrick Smyth
