petition John Simmisone in Law Condemned for murdering Mary McAalaster read And Recommends to his Majesties Advocat to wryte to Archbald Mccaulay of Ardincaple heretable baillie of the regality of Lennox and William Lindsay who was Clerk to the proces against the petitioner Requyring them in the Councills name to sist themselves before the privie Councell betuixt and the fourteenth day of Jullie instant and to bring allong uith them the whole principall process both Indytment Depositions verdict and haill other principall stepps of the proces In respect ther is not yet produced anything but attested Coppies
