Order for sending Robertson and Steuart false Coyners abroad

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill being Informed that […] Robertson and […] Steuart tuo souldiers in the Earle of Tullibardines regiment are Imprisoned in the tolbooth of the Cannongate as false Coyners And the Lord Advocat having repoted that he Cannot find sufficient probatione against them The saids Lords Doe hereby Give order and warrand to the Baillies of the Cannongate and Keeper of ther tolbooth to delyver the tuo souldiers abovenamed to any of the Flanders officers whensoever they shall goe to Flanders with Recruits who shall have warrand from the Lord High Chancelor for that effect And doe Recommend to his Lordship to take care that the officer to whom he shall order the saids tuo souldiers to be delyvered shall delyver tuo sufficient men of the present Recruits to the Captain or Captains in the Earle of Tullibardins regiment out of whose Companies the saids tuo souldiers were taken And Lykewise to take care that the tuo Souldiers prisoners be Carryed straight from prisone to the Ship In which they are to be transported to Flanders And that they shall never returne to Scotland.
