Warrand to receave and detein recrwites in Leith tollbwith

The Lords of his majesties privie Counsell doe heirby order the magestrats of Leith and keeper of ther tollbuith to receave and detaine unto ther tollbwith the recrwites which shall be transported to the same from the castle of Edinburgh And that without exacting any Dues or money aither for the booking or keeping of the Saids recrwites In respect the magestrats are not ansuerable for the Saids recrwites in caice they Shall escape Seing they are to be 2 gwairded by a pairtie of his majesties Souldiers who are to keepe watch upon the saids recrwites
