Earle of Strathmore received a privy Councelor

The Earle of Strathmore one of his Majesties privie Councelors nominat in his Majesties Last Commission of the second of May Last bypast Being present did signe and suear the oath of alleadgance and signed the Assurance appointed to his Majestie by act of parliament And the Lord High Chancelor Having administrat the oath of fideli to the said Earle He was receaved a privie Councelor Conform to the Commission And the said Earle of Strathmore Did also signe the association formerly signed by other Councelors
