Liberatione Mathew Scroyer
The Lords of his majesties privie Councill doe hereby Declare Mathew Scoryer merchant of London who is a quaker and under baile to appear before their Lordships this day to be at Libertie to goe about his affairs as any of his Majesties free leidges In respect he hes found new sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councill That he shall live peaceablie under and with all submissione to the present Government of his majestie King William and that He shall not act consult or contryve any thing in prejudice therof nor 2 shall converse nor correspond with any Rebells and that He shall appear before the said Lords of privie Councill when called under the penalty of ane Hundred pound sterline in case he shall transgress in any part of the premisses and upon giving the forsaid new bond appoynts the other to be given up
