Letter frae ye Shyre of Stirling anent horse and armes

A letter from the shyre of Stirling subscryved by W[…] Livingstoune to be communicate to the Councill giveing account That before the proclamatione for seizing horses and armes came to his hand The same was done by the forces except a few in the Regalities of Lennox and Montrose The baillies whereof He beleev’s will doe dilligence for seizing them, and if they will not he will doe it
